Another Flash Eurobarometer survey after the introduction of the euro in Slovenia31 May 2007
Following the successful introduction of the euro the European Commission also conducted another survey in April with the general public - Flash Eurobarometer 208. The survey examined the satisfaction of the general public with the changeover and the support of the common currency. The recent survey confirmed the overall very positive results of a similar survey conducted in January 2007. It is surprising to note that a broad majority of the people adapted very quickly to the new currency and did not encounter problems in using and calculating with the euro.
